Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Ion Dăianu started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Through an outstanding action, after 5 minutes, Rareș Nenițescu successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The supporters of Valenii AS booed when Mag was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Flavius Baciu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rareș Nenițescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ion Dăianu in the 10th minute of the match. Moise Vătavu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 12th minute of the match, but Rareș Nenițescu made a huge save. Dumitru Brumaru hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. In the 13th minute, Ion Dăianu fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Rareș Nenițescu, passed just outside the right post. After 17 minutes of play, Mag's Moise Vătavu made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rareș Nenițescu was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 24th minute, Ion Dăianu fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Rareș Nenițescu, passed just outside the right post. After having played for 30 minutes, Aristide Crețu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Valenii AS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aristide Crețu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Dumitru Brumaru sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rareș Nenițescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ion Dăianu, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Moise Vătavu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mag's supporters rose to their feet, but Moise Vătavu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rareș Nenițescu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 40th minute, Ion Dăianu fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Rareș Nenițescu, passed just outside the right post. Rareș Nenițescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ion Dăianu in the 44th minute of the match. Moise Vătavu might have been able to make a better finish in the 46th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rareș Nenițescu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Moise Vătavu ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 46th minute, Ion Dăianu fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Rareș Nenițescu, passed just outside the right post.

57 minutes into the match, Valenii AS's goal looked a bit too open when Ion Dăianu came free, but Rareș Nenițescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Moise Vătavu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rareș Nenițescu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Moise Vătavu went, in the 63rd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Ilie Mihele kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Rareș Nenițescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rareș Condeescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aristide Crețu got free with Ivan Condeescu in the 79th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After taking down the ball on Valenii AS's corner Iordache Aronescu fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Ivan Condeescu quite easily take care of the ball. Rareș Nenițescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Moise Vătavu in the 85th minute of play. If Moise Vătavu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ion Dăianu in the 91st minute of play forced Valenii AS's goalkeeper Rareș Nenițescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dumitru Brumaru hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. Ion Dăianu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rareș Nenițescu having to interfere. When the referee ended the match the Mag players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
