In the 22nd minute, Nae Atanasiu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Augustin Mateescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. Claudiu Vătavu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ivan Condeescu having to interfere. 71 minutes into the game, deCode F.C.'s Augustin Mateescu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ivan Condeescu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. Alex Glodeanu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ion Dăianu in the 80th minute of the match. Nae Atanasiu might have been able to make a better finish in the 82nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ivan Condeescu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Nae Atanasiu ran back to his position shaking his head. After 85 played minutes Mag got a freekick which was hit by Rareș Condeescu. Ivan Condeescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nae Atanasiu in the 89th minute of play. In the 91st match minute, Mag was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Flavius Baciu to maneuver through the defense. Ivan Condeescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nae Atanasiu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Júlio Leão sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Ion Dăianu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a rather tough play, deCode F.C.'s Nae Atanasiu got a free kick in the 99th minute. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. deCode F.C. fully deserved thier win.
