Nicu Costa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Pompiliu Crăciun tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Károly Cseh took the ball and in the 20 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Costin Balint. Costin Balint dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. In the 27th minute, Lucian Răduț ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Costin Balint was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. If Károly Cseh had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Spartanii Maxut's Cazimir Nandriș in the 32nd minute got a chance for a shot 32nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Sporting Radauti's goalie prevented a goal. In the 33rd minute, Cazimir Nandriș ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Costin Balint was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. In the 36th match minute, Spartanii Maxut was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lucian Răduț to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Sporting Radauti's zone, Lucian Răduț stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Costin Balint came out of the goal and Lucian Răduț tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 42 minutes into the game, Nicu Costa was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sporting Radauti's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Spartanii Maxut the free kick. The supporters of Spartanii Maxut booed when Sporting Radauti was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nicu Costa didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 43rdth minute of the game Cazimir Nandriș who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sporting Radauti's Costin Balint was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Cazimir Nandriș sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After the first half Spartanii Maxut were leading 0-5. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cazimir Nandriș to make the kick off. In the 51st match minute, Spartanii Maxut was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Iulian Gligan to maneuver through the defense. In the 52nd minute of the match Romeo Paraschivescu shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Pompiliu Crăciun showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After 55 played minutes, Spartanii Maxut's Gelu Ioneasa shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Costin Balint came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Spartanii Maxut reached it. When Spartanii Maxut's Cazimir Nandriș in the 58th minute got a chance for a shot 58th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lucian Răduț got free with Costin Balint in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 78th minute Manuel Miheș shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pompiliu Crăciun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 83rd minute, Lucian Răduț ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Costin Balint was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-8. In the 86th minute Cazimir Nandriș shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Costin Balint saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 89th match minute, Sporting Radauti was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ovidiu Tudorache to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cazimir Nandriș in the 91st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Costin Balint saved Sporting Radauti from getting behind. Spartanii Maxut played a much better game than Sporting Radauti and deserved their victory. The Sporting Radauti players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
