The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Sporting Radauti's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Cazimir Nandriș 24 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. 27 minutes into the match, Sporting Radauti's goalkeeper Costin Balint had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lucian Răduț. In the 31st minute, Lucian Răduț got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 32nd minute, Spartanii Maxut's Cazimir Nandriș dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. Károly Cseh received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Costin Balint tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lucian Răduț succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 3-0 in the 38th playminute. In the 44thth minute of the game Lucian Răduț who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sporting Radauti's Costin Balint was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Manuel Miheș made a kick off. Costin Balint stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cazimir Nandriș's shot from short distance in the 52nd minute. Costin Balint took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cazimir Nandriș, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 58 minutes into the game, Károly Cseh was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Spartanii Maxut's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sporting Radauti the free kick. A collision led to Spartanii Maxut getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Károly Cseh hit a great ball. Costin Balint didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lucian Răduț went, in the 65th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. Manuel Miheș charged in rather forcefully in the 68th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The supporters of Spartanii Maxut booed when Sporting Radauti was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Manuel Miheș didn't get a good kick on the ball. Costin Balint came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by Spartanii Maxut's Lucian Răduț. But to his dismay, Lucian Răduț quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cazimir Nandriș in the 74th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Costin Balint saved Sporting Radauti from getting behind. In the 79th minute Cazimir Nandriș shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Costin Balint saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Cazimir Nandriș had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Romeo Paraschivescu kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. In the 86th minute of the match Gelu Ioneasa shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Costin Balint showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 88thth minute of the game Cazimir Nandriș who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sporting Radauti's Costin Balint was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Sporting Radauti's Costin Balint played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucian Răduț in the 92nd minute of play. Costin Balint showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cazimir Nandriș, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Spartanii Maxut had played much better football throughout.
