The supporters of -PSC- Pascani city booed when Steaua was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Avram Blaga didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nae Chiper showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stelian Dumitrachescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sandu Dicu during the 8th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, -PSC- Pascani city's Sandu Dicu got a free kick in the 9th minute. 13 minutes into the game, -PSC- Pascani city's George Chirilă nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Horaţiu Malcocea made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. If George Chirilă had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. George Chirilă could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Horaţiu Malcocea made a huge save. When Steaua's Filip Nițisor in the 22nd minute got a chance for a shot 22nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye -PSC- Pascani city's goalie prevented a goal. Niculae Cristea kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. Filip Nițisor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Nae Chiper tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Marcu Oravițan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Filip Nițisor in the 38th minute of play forced -PSC- Pascani city's goalkeeper Nae Chiper to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Stelian Dumitrachescu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nae Chiper having to interfere. 41 minutes into the match, -PSC- Pascani city's goal looked a bit too open when Filip Nițisor came free, but Nae Chiper reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 43 minutes into the match, Steaua's Stelian Dumitrachescu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Nae Chiper narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Horaţiu Malcocea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcu Oravițan in the 46th minute of the match. After 47 played minutes Steaua got a freekick which was hit by Grigore Mercescu. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The wind increased when Marcu Oravițan made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, -PSC- Pascani city's Flavius Aluncai got a free kick in the 54th minute. In the 55th minute of the match Sergiu Mara sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Nae Chiper skillfully saved the ball. Sandu Dicu got his second yellow card in the match during the 56th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. A collision led to -PSC- Pascani city getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Sandu Dicu hit a great ball. Stelian Dumitrachescu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nae Chiper having to interfere. Stelian Dumitrachescu might have been able to make a better finish in the 62nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Nae Chiper. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Stelian Dumitrachescu ran back to his position shaking his head. After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, Filip Nițisor managed to get in a good position for a shot. Steaua's supporters rose to their feet, but Filip Nițisor was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nae Chiper breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to -PSC- Pascani city getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Flavius Aluncai hit a great ball. With an all-out effort, Steaua's Nae Chiper threw himself towards the right post 76 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Filip Nițisor, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Stelian Dumitrachescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 81st minute, Flavius Aluncai hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Grigore Mercescu's late challenge caught a -PSC- Pascani city's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Grigore Mercescu helped the player get up and apologised. After 86 played minutes Steaua got a freekick which was hit by Grigore Mercescu. Marcu Oravițan charged in rather forcefully in the 88th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Marcu Oravițan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, -PSC- Pascani city's Marcu Oravițan got a free kick in the 88th minute. In the 92nd minute, Filip Nițisor got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Stelian Dumitrachescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The -PSC- Pascani city support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
