Gigi Borcea kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. A collision led to -BZF- Alexandru Valentin getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. George Stoicu hit a great ball. Dragoş Boieru made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Eugen Inculeț sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, -BZF- Alexandru Valentin's Toader Petruescu got a free kick in the 26th minute. Dragoş Boieru took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cornel Nicodim, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Ilie Dulfu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. If Eugen Inculeț had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dragoş Boieru was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Cornel Nicodim showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 38 minute of play. Horia Jecu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Dragoş Boieru tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pavel Lucrețiu's late challenge caught a -BZF- Alexandru Valentin's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. One of -BZF- Alexandru Valentin:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Strejesti:s goal. Alin Beligan was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 99th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Strejesti's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
