Seating: 1716, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Silviu Achim got the match started through his kick off. In the 3rd minute, Silviu Achim got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Filip Jucu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Sever Arapașu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 11 minutes into the match, Puini's goal looked a bit too open when Silviu Achim came free, but Gelu Opriș reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Filip Jucu kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. Budele FCM's Silviu Achim got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Alex Melinte sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Manuel Bordeianu got the opportunity to take care of a free kick, it resulted in a really dangerous shot that almost went in the goal. Instead the ball hit the crossbar and flew out of bounds. Sever Arapașu made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Alex Melinte sent off a good shot on target. Manuel Bordeianu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sever Arapașu having to interfere. Eduard Breazu's late challenge caught a Puini's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eduard Breazu helped the player get up and apologised. After having played for 29 minutes, Manuel Bordeianu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Puini's supporters crossed their fingers, but Manuel Bordeianu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Puini booed when Budele FCM was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Niculae Cojan didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Budele FCM getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Valeriu Răuţă hit a great ball. A hard shot by Paul Balint from long distance, 35 minutes into the match, got Sever Arapașu's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. A collision led to Puini getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Alex Melinte hit a great ball. In the 38th minute, Manuel Bordeianu fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Sever Arapașu, passed just outside the right post. Sever Arapașu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Manuel Bordeianu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Manuel Bordeianu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alex Melinte could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Sever Arapașu made a huge save. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Manuel Bordeianu to strike the kick off in the second half. Valeriu Răuţă hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. Silviu Achim recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Robert Manta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Manuel Bordeianu came up free with the goalie in the 67th minute, the Puini fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Manuel Bordeianu couldn't finish the play. After having played for 68 minutes, Silviu Achim managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Budele FCM's supporters crossed their fingers, but Silviu Achim was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sever Arapașu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alex Melinte in the 73rd minute of play. Silviu Achim sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 78 minutes, Alex Melinte managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Puini's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alex Melinte was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 84th minute, Petru Oltean hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. It was beautiful to see Puini's Mugurel Fărcașu in action when he in the 86th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! Robert Manta struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Gelu Opriș didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Budele FCM. In the 95th minute of the match Dumitru Braia shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Sever Arapașu showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Puini had won after a very even match.
