Laurențiu Macovei hit a great ball. 9 minutes had been played when some careless play by FC Iclanzelul's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Nicu Cercelescu was slow to take the kick. During this time Reea's players had a chance to rest. After a defensive mix-up in FC Iclanzelul's zone, Laurențiu Macovei stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aurelian Balcan came out of the goal and Laurențiu Macovei tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Reea's Emanuel Enătescu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to save Reea from getting a goal against them. Aurelian Balcan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nichifor Crăciun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Edgar Mârzac got free with Emanuel Enătescu in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Aurelian Balcan came out of the goal in the 34th minute to try and stop a shot by Reea's Nicu Cercelescu. But to his dismay, Nicu Cercelescu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Nichifor Crăciun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aurelian Balcan having to interfere. In the 38th minute, Doru Beșleaga got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bogdan Turbatu hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. Aurelian Balcan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nichifor Crăciun, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. After 43 minutes of play, Reea's Nichifor Crăciun made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Aurelian Balcan was left in no man's land by his defense there! The FC Iclanzelul players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Reea were winning 0-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Nichifor Crăciun to strike the kick off in the second half. Aurelian Balcan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nichifor Crăciun in the 56th minute of play. Nistor Morozan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aurelian Balcan having to interfere. After a rather tough play, FC Iclanzelul's Alin Cocârlă got a free kick in the 67th minute. In the 71st minute, FC Iclanzelul's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Nichifor Crăciun fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Reea's Emanuel Enătescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Francisc Dersidan in the 75th minute of play. Aurelian Balcan stood somewhat misplaced when Nichifor Crăciun came free in front of goal and shot 0-3 to the left of him in the 76 minute. With an all-out effort, Reea's Aurelian Balcan threw himself towards the right post 80 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Nichifor Crăciun, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Nichifor Crăciun received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Aurelian Balcan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 84 minutes into the match, FC Iclanzelul's goal looked a bit too open when Nichifor Crăciun came free, but Aurelian Balcan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nichifor Crăciun recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 89 minutes into the game, Daniel Onciu threw the ball into play from the sideline. Reea's Nicu Cercelescu quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Nichifor Crăciun who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 90thth minute tested the skills of Aurelian Balcan when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Nicu Cercelescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Aurelian Balcan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Nichifor Crăciun managed to get in a good position for a shot. Reea's supporters rose to their feet, but Nichifor Crăciun was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aurelian Balcan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Aurelian Balcan didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Nichifor Crăciun went, in the 93rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. Reea's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
