Spectators: 6692 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1692, VIP seats: 0) Sergiu Băcila made the kick off and thus started the match. 5 minutes into the match, Stratonesti's goal looked a bit too open when Flavius Turceanu came free, but Sebastian Ţeica reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Stratonesti's Sebastian Ţeica played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ionuț Lovin in the 6th minute of play. If David Iftode had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Flavius Turceanu fell near the penalty area in the 9th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC RACM MD's protests and gave Flavius Turceanu a yellow card for diving instead. Sebastian Ţeica showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Drâmbă in the 19th minute of the match. David Iftode recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 25 minutes into the match, Stratonesti's goal looked a bit too open when Ionuț Lovin came free, but Sebastian Ţeica reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, David Iftode managed to get in a good position for a shot. Stratonesti's supporters rose to their feet, but David Iftode was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mihnea Magheran breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Sergiu Băcila struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Mihnea Magheran didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Stratonesti. The crowd rose to their feet as Stratonesti's Sergiu Băcila slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Mihnea Magheran. That made the score 1-0 after 36 minutes of play. An unexpected shot in the 40th minute by David Iftode got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Mihnea Magheran made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maxim Olăroiu in the 45th minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Flavius Turceanu to strike the kick off in the second half. The supporters of FC RACM MD booed when Stratonesti was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paul Arapașu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Flavius Turceanu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Sebastian Ţeica tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 59th match minute, FC RACM MD was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mihăiţă Voina to maneuver through the defense. When David Iftode came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Stratonesti fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that David Iftode couldn't finish the play. Flavius Turceanu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Sebastian Ţeica tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 69th minute Flavius Turceanu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sebastian Ţeica saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 73 minutes into the match, Stratonesti's goal looked a bit too open when Flavius Turceanu came free, but Sebastian Ţeica reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Stratonesti's Dolf Reijniers got a free kick in the 78th minute. After some careless play in the FC RACM MD defense, Maxim Olăroiu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mihnea Magheran. The FC RACM MD fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mihnea Magheran should have stopped the shot. Sergiu Băcila fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mihnea Magheran having to interfere. After 88 minutes, Sergiu Băcila made it 3-0 with a short kick to the right side. FC RACM MD's Mihnea Magheran tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. If Maxim Olăroiu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ionuț Lovin got free with Sebastian Ţeica in the 96th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Stratonesti walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
