Gustavo Taurino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Calistrat Herescu in the 12th minute of the match. If Cazimir Bejan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Calistrat Herescu in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gustavo Taurino saved Man UTD from getting behind. In the 20th match minute, Man UTD was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vintilă Negru to maneuver through the defense. Vintilă Negru was shown his second yellow card after 22 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 23rd minute, Vintilă Negru hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Calistrat Herescu managed to get in a good position for a shot. tarzan's supporters rose to their feet, but Calistrat Herescu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gustavo Taurino breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 26th minute Codruț Poenaru shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gustavo Taurino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had gone on for 28 minutes, Calistrat Herescu put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Gustavo Taurino. Gustavo Taurino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Călin Bârsan, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Gustavo Taurino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Călin Bârsan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gustavo Taurino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vali Isăilă in the 35th minute of the match. With a left leg Gustavo Taurino saved Man UTD from getting behind. When tarzan's Calistrat Herescu in the 43rd minute got a chance for a shot 43rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Man UTD's goalie prevented a goal. Gustavo Taurino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Calistrat Herescu in the 47th minute of play.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Calistrat Herescu made a kick off. When Vali Isăilă fell near the penalty area in the 51st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored tarzan's protests and gave Vali Isăilă a yellow card for diving instead. Vali Isăilă hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. In the 57thth minute of the game Calistrat Herescu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Man UTD's Gustavo Taurino was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Calistrat Herescu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but Gustavo Taurino made a huge save. Mihai Muntean sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gustavo Taurino made a fantastic save in the 67th minute, when Călin Bârsan sent off a good shot on target. An unexpected shot in the 68th minute by Calistrat Herescu got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Mihai Muntean's late challenge caught a tarzan's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mihai Muntean helped the player get up and apologised. After 71 played minutes Man UTD got a freekick which was hit by Mihai Muntean. Calistrat Herescu's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 73rdth minute, Gustavo Taurino skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Mihai Muntean hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Nicu Bobariu charged in rather forcefully in the 81st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nicu Bobariu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 81 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Man UTD! In the 87th minute, Călin Bârsan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as tarzan's Calistrat Herescu slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Gustavo Taurino. That made the score 0-4 after 90 minutes of play. The supporters of Man UTD booed when tarzan was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vali Isăilă didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match had gone on for 97 minutes, Calistrat Herescu put it in 0-5 from a short distance just to the right of Gustavo Taurino. tarzan played a much better game than Man UTD and deserved their victory. The Man UTD players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
