Iustin Dudău might have been able to make a better finish in the 10th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Filip Sticlaru. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Iustin Dudău ran back to his position shaking his head. Filip Sticlaru made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Moise Galiceanu in the 12th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Iustin Dudău's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Filip Sticlaru was relentless in the 17th minute of the game. Filip Sticlaru showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Moise Galiceanu in the 19th minute of the match. Cazimir Ispas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Eusebiu Buligan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Radu Hrușcă sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Filip Sticlaru made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Radu Hrușcă in the 38th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Nedelcu's Edgar Iuzbașa got a free kick in the 41st minute. With his leg Eusebiu Buligan managed to avoid a goal in the 42ndth minute, when Fulga CSM's Cazimir Ispas fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 45 minutes into the game, Cazimir Ispas recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Eusebiu Buligan. Cazimir Ispas showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cazimir Ispas to strike the kick off in the second half. If Moise Galiceanu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fulga CSM's Filip Sticlaru played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Moise Galiceanu in the 61st minute of play. Edgar Iuzbașa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Filip Sticlaru having to interfere. Cazimir Ispas ran back to his position shaking his head. Fulga CSM's Sergiu Săndoi managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Codruț Popoacă in the 67 minute of the game. Filip Sticlaru showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Moise Galiceanu in the 69th minute of the match. In the 74th minute, Cazimir Ispas left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Fulga CSM fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. In the 78th minute Moise Galiceanu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Filip Sticlaru saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cazimir Ispas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eusebiu Buligan having to interfere. 84 minutes into the match, Nedelcu's goal looked a bit too open when Cristinel Teleagă came free, but Eusebiu Buligan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cazimir Ispas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eusebiu Buligan having to interfere. Cazimir Ispas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Filip Sticlaru showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Moise Galiceanu, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. Fulga CSM walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
