Constantin Ichimescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Basarab Costandache in the 5th minute of play. Gigi Stoicănescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 8th match minute, ESTRANGED was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Octav Dragota to maneuver through the defense. Albert Bălțăteanu hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. Moise Bâru took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 14th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Constantin Ichimescu. Pisculesti AFC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. If Pompiliu Dragotescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The supporters of Pisculesti AFC booed when ESTRANGED was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Octav Dragota didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vali Drâmba struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Ioan Mălaimare didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pisculesti AFC. Constantin Ichimescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Basarab Costandache in the 32nd minute of the match. Basarab Costandache fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Constantin Ichimescu having to interfere. Pompiliu Dragotescus short, quick shot in the 37thth minute got Constantin Ichimescu to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. If Basarab Costandache had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pisculesti AFC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 42nd minute, when Basarab Costandache scored to the left of an out of position Constantin Ichimescu, making the score, 1-0. If Vali Drâmba had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Pompiliu Dragotescu made the kick off in the second half. Ioan Mălaimare made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vali Drâmba in the 60th minute of play. Octav Dragota kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. ESTRANGED's Ioan Mălaimare proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 63rd minute of the match, managed to save ESTRANGED from getting a goal against them. 65 minutes into the match, Pisculesti AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Pompiliu Dragotescu came free, but Constantin Ichimescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 67 minutes, Pompiliu Dragotescu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ESTRANGED's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pompiliu Dragotescu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Pisculesti AFC's Constantin Ichimescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Basarab Costandache in the 70th minute of play. Dragoş Tobă charged in rather forcefully in the 72nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dragoş Tobă the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 72 played minutes ESTRANGED got a freekick which was hit by Dragoş Tobă. Gigi Stoicănescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. ESTRANGED's Basarab Costandache got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Pompiliu Dragotescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Pompiliu Dragotescu in the 80th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Constantin Ichimescu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pompiliu Dragotescu in the 81st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Constantin Ichimescu saved Pisculesti AFC from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Pompiliu Dragotescu in the 84th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Constantin Ichimescu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience was convinced that Pompiliu Dragotescu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Constantin Ichimescu was relentless in the 91st minute of the game. Pisculesti AFC's Constantin Ichimescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pompiliu Dragotescu in the 94th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Pisculesti AFC's zone, Pompiliu Dragotescu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Constantin Ichimescu came out of the goal and Pompiliu Dragotescu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Basarab Costandache struck a weak shot in the 98th minute. Constantin Ichimescu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ESTRANGED.
