Spectators: 6701 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1701, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Albert Cezar got the match started through his kick off. Lenis UFC's Albert Cezar got a good chance for a goal in the 11th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 13th minute, Albert Cezar made a precise shot to the right of Nechifor Fetanu. Bucsana AS's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. In a very dangerous position, a player in Bucsana AS fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 16th minute. Penalty! Albert Cezar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 31 minutes of play, Bucsana AS's Victor Sântimbrean made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dobromir Grocholski was left in no man's land by his defense there! Albert Cezar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Nechifor Fetanu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 37th match minute, Bucsana AS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cătălin Corbea to maneuver through the defense. Nechifor Fetanu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Denzel Washington went, in the 42nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-4 was the resulting score. The Bucsana AS players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Lenis UFC were winning 1-4.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ernest Comănescu was the one to do the kick off. After having played for 53 minutes, Silviu Irimia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lenis UFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Silviu Irimia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Denzel Washington came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Lenis UFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Denzel Washington couldn't finish the play. Emil Simionaş kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. Albert Cezar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Silviu Irimia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Nechifor Fetanu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pavel Neaga charged in rather forcefully in the 69th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Pavel Neaga the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Lenis UFC booed when Bucsana AS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pavel Neaga didn't get a good kick on the ball. Albert Cezar's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nechifor Fetanu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 74th minute of play. Nechifor Fetanu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Denzel Washington in the 75th minute of play. Albert Cezar came free with the goalkeeper in the 78th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Nechifor Fetanu could save by the left post. Albert Cezar's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nechifor Fetanu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 83rd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Bucsana AS's zone, Ivan Vintilă stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nechifor Fetanu came out of the goal and Ivan Vintilă tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 89 minutes, Cătălin Corbea mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bucsana AS and the Lenis UFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Bucsana AS's Cătălin Corbea got a free kick in the 89th minute. When the match was over Lenis UFC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Bucsana AS throughout the match.
