Aurelian Axinte started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute, Cezar Cioiu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Grigore Tomozei was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Aurelian Axinte succeeded in the game's 7th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-1. Aurel Crețulescu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Aurelian Axinte in the 11th minute. Gigi Plop fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aurel Crețulescu having to interfere. Nicolae Arnăuțescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aurel Crețulescu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Aurelian Axinte in the 20th minute. Aurel Crețulescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gigi Plop, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Aurel Crețulescu made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Aurelian Axinte sent off a good shot on target. Aurel Crețulescu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gigi Plop's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. The supporters of CTL booed when Beius was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Martin Moșanu didn't get a good kick on the ball. The CTL fans' excitement grew in the 35th match minute when CTL's Gigi Plop looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 38 minutes into the match, Beius's Cezar Cioiu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Grigore Tomozei narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Cezar Cioiu came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the Beius fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cezar Cioiu couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Beius booed when CTL was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alex Hălmăgeanu didn't get a good kick on the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The wind increased when Cezar Cioiu made the kick off in the second half. Grigore Tomozei made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nicolae Arnăuțescu in the 51st minute. Cezar Cioiu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Grigore Tomozei having to interfere. 56 minutes into the match, CTL's Aurelian Axinte sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Aurel Crețulescu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Aurel Crețulescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cazimir Tulbure in the 58th minute of play. In the 60th minute Cazimir Tulbure shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aurel Crețulescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. CTL's Aurelian Axinte got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 64 minutes into the game, CTL's Gigi Plop nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Aurel Crețulescu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. In the 68th match minute, CTL was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sakarias Persson to maneuver through the defense. Grigore Tomozei took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cezar Cioiu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aurelian Axinte sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 77 minutes into the match, Aurelian Axinte had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Aurel Crețulescu. Beius's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Aurelian Axinte was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-2. Gigi Plop took the ball and in the 83 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Aurel Crețulescu. Aurel Crețulescu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-2. Gigi Plop scored 6-2 in the 88th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Aurel Crețulescu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cezar Cioiu in the 92nd minute of play forced CTL's goalkeeper Grigore Tomozei to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. CTL walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
