Draculesti made a substitution. Aron Joja replaced Mădălin Moți. 52 minutes into the match, Sfistofca CF's goal looked a bit too open when Dumitru Zubaşcu came free, but Adam Alexa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Robert Baniu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 71 played minutes Sfistofca CF got a freekick which was hit by Eric Mihăilescu. After a defensive mix-up in Sfistofca CF's zone, Rareș Boieraș stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Adam Alexa came out of the goal and Rareș Boieraș tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Sfistofca CF's Petre Vătavu got a free kick in the 79th minute. 82 minutes into the game, Robert Baniu lined in a short shot 1-1 behind a frustrated Niculae Săndulescu. Viorel Raţiu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adam Alexa having to interfere. Adam Alexa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Viorel Raţiu's shot from short distance in the 90th minute. During the 92nd minute of the match Petre Vătavu completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Petre Vătavu a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Petre Vătavu hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Draculesti players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
