Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Mihail Mușătescu took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 3rd match minute, Toporu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stelian Gârniceanu to maneuver through the defense. Costică Hizo's long shot made the audience stand up and applaude when it rumbled by Ionel Avramescu on his right side and into the goal. 4 minutes into the game it was 0-1. 7 minutes into the match, Jupani's goal looked a bit too open when Mihail Mușătescu came free, but Emil Trandafir reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dorin Itoafă received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Ionel Avramescu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 12 minutes into the match, Jupani's goalkeeper Emil Trandafir had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Albert Daimacă. After 12 played minutes Jupani got a freekick which was hit by Augustin Plăcintă. 14 minutes into the match, Mihail Mușătescu dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Emil Trandafir, 1-1. Emil Trandafir took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mihail Mușătescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Toporu's Ionel Avramescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ioan Lăceanu in the 20th minute of play. The supporters of Jupani booed when Toporu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stelian Gârniceanu didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match had gone on for 24 minutes, Mihail Mușătescu took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Emil Trandafir to make any attempt to save it. After 26 played minutes Toporu got a freekick which was hit by Robert Neagu. In the 31st play minute Stelian Gârniceanu came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Emil Trandafir. 3-1. Albert Daimacă fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emil Trandafir having to interfere. If Mihail Mușătescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dorin Itoafă in the 38th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ionel Avramescu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to Toporu getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Albert Daimacă hit a great ball.

Emil Trandafir showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mihail Mușătescu in the 55th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Albert Daimacă managed to get in a good position for a shot. Toporu's supporters rose to their feet, but Albert Daimacă was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Emil Trandafir breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Albert Daimacă's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Emil Trandafir read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 61st minute of play. After a rather tough play, Jupani's Augustin Plăcintă got a free kick in the 65th minute. In the 66th minute of the match Manuel Urdea sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Emil Trandafir skillfully saved the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Albert Daimacă in the 69th minute of play forced Jupani's goalkeeper Emil Trandafir to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 71 minutes, Mihail Mușătescu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Toporu's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mihail Mușătescu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 75th minute, Mihail Mușătescu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Toporu fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. In the 82nd minute, Dorin Itoafă made a precise shot to the right of Ionel Avramescu.
