Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Andreas Øvrum started the match with the kick off. Octav Zdrobiş could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 3rd minute of the match, but Cristi Tilea made a huge save. In the 5th minute, Octav Zdrobiş made a precise shot to the right of Cristi Tilea. Dragoiasa CSM's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Sever Mercea took the ball and in the 13 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cristi Tilea. Cristi Tilea dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Dorin Albu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andreas Øvrum in the 18th minute of the match. Cristi Tilea was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Sandu Ecobescu showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-0 in the 20 minute of play. Dragoiasa CSM's Cristi Tilea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sandu Ecobescu in the 23rd minute of play. In the 25th minute Sandu Ecobescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristi Tilea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sandu Ecobescu took the ball and in the 26 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cristi Tilea. Cristi Tilea dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. In the 30th minute, Dorel Martinaș ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dorin Albu was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. 41 minutes into the match, Fc Ciumpalacii's goal looked a bit too open when Andreas Øvrum came free, but Dorin Albu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dorin Albu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dorel Martinaș, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Octav Zdrobiş was the one to do the kick off. 54 minutes into the game, one of Dragoiasa CSM:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Octav Zdrobiş scored 6-1 in the 62nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cristi Tilea, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Fc Ciumpalacii's zone, Sebastian Nisporeanu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dorin Albu came out of the goal and Sebastian Nisporeanu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Dragoiasa CSM booed when Fc Ciumpalacii was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. George Cojocaru didn't get a good kick on the ball. After recieving a nice pass, Dragoiasa CSM's Petrică Tofan tried to score from far away in the 76th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Andreas Øvrum took the ball and in the 77 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dorin Albu. Dorin Albu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-2. 83 minutes into the match, Han Nes had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cristi Tilea. Dragoiasa CSM's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Han Nes was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-2. Dorin Albu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mihail Giurgiu in the 87th minute of play. In the 89th minute Dorel Martinaș shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dorin Albu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 92nd match minute, Dragoiasa CSM was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Andreas Øvrum to maneuver through the defense. Valentin Mihăescu charged in rather forcefully in the 97th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Valentin Mihăescu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Fc Ciumpalacii getting a freekick after 97 minutes play. Valentin Mihăescu hit a great ball. 99 minutes into the game, Dragoiasa CSM's Andreas Øvrum nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dorin Albu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-3. The Fc Ciumpalacii players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
