Spectators: 6695 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1695, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Paul Vasilică made the kick off which started today's match. In the 4th minute Paul Vasilică shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mugurel Nițoi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 5 minutes, Costel Maghiar mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sinmarghita and the Cimpeni FCM players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Sinmarghita's Costel Maghiar got a free kick in the 5th minute. An unexpected shot in the 14th minute by Marin Ghercioiu got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Paul Vasilică fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mugurel Nițoi having to interfere. Ştefan Vergulescu hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paul Vasilică in the 21st minute of play forced Cimpeni FCM's goalkeeper Mugurel Nițoi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mugurel Nițoi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paul Vasilică, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 34 minutes of play, Cimpeni FCM's Petruț Encica made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ionel Jivulescu was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ionel Jivulescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pompiliu Stârcea in the 38th minute of the match. Costel Maghiar hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. In the 44th match minute, Cimpeni FCM was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Costin Lupescu to maneuver through the defense. Paul Vasilică fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mugurel Nițoi having to interfere. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

52 minutes into the game, Mihnea Trandafir cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Mugurel Nițoi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Emanuel Nicodim kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. In the 57th minute, Paul Vasilică ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mugurel Nițoi was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. In the 59th match minute, Cimpeni FCM was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emanuel Nicodim to maneuver through the defense. Mugurel Nițoi came out of the goal in the 60th minute to try and stop a shot by Sinmarghita's Paul Vasilică. But to his dismay, Paul Vasilică quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. When Paul Vasilică came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Sinmarghita fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Paul Vasilică couldn't finish the play. Mugurel Nițoi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paul Vasilică in the 66th minute of the match. 68 minutes into the game, Petruț Encica was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cimpeni FCM's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sinmarghita the free kick. When Sinmarghita's Marin Ghercioiu in the 70th minute got a chance for a shot 70th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Cimpeni FCM's goalie prevented a goal. In the 84th minute, Pompiliu Stârcea reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ionel Jivulescu. The goal made the score 5-2. Cimpeni FCM's Mugurel Nițoi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marin Ghercioiu in the 91st minute of play. Pompiliu Stârcea recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Sinmarghita had won after a very even match.
