The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Silviu Teodorescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 6thth minute of the game Aurelian Macarie who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC VIDELE's Cătălin Şteflea was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 18th match minute, FC VIDELE was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mircea Codreanu to maneuver through the defense. Through an outstanding action, after 20 minutes, Cătălin Şteflea successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 20th match minute, FC VIDELE was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mădălin Istrătescu to maneuver through the defense. 24 minutes into the match, FC VIDELE's goal looked a bit too open when Aurelian Macarie came free, but Cătălin Şteflea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 29th minute, Nicu Tâlvescu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cătălin Şteflea was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. After having played for 36 minutes, Iulian Miu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Jadani CSS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Iulian Miu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. FC VIDELE's Cătălin Şteflea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aurelian Macarie in the 37th minute of play. A hard shot 40 in the game by Silviu Teodorescu from a close distance when the talented Cătălin Şteflea managed to make a qualified save. FC VIDELE's players were relieved. In the 41st minute, Aurelian Macarie got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 44 minutes into the match, FC VIDELE's goal looked a bit too open when Aurelian Macarie came free, but Cătălin Şteflea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

FC VIDELE's Petruț Pescaru got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Jadani CSS booed when FC VIDELE was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mădălin Istrătescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Aurelian Macarie sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. FC VIDELE's Cătălin Şteflea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aurelian Macarie in the 62nd minute of play. 62 minutes into the game, Matei Goma was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC VIDELE's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Jadani CSS the free kick. Silviu Teodorescu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cătălin Şteflea having to interfere. Aurelian Macarie recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 74th minute, Aurelian Macarie ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cătălin Şteflea was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. 81 minutes into the match, FC VIDELE's Radu Constantiniu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Petruț Chiper narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 86th minute, Radu Constantiniu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of FC VIDELE booed when Jadani CSS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Traian Drăgoi didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, FC VIDELE's Aurel Zgondea got a free kick in the 92nd minute. 93 minutes into the match, Jadani CSS's Ovidiu Borza sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cătălin Şteflea narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 95 played minutes Jadani CSS got a freekick which was hit by Sebastian Anton. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Jadani CSS fans cheered their team off the field, for while FC VIDELE had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
