Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Urluiu SC's Mihnea Coposu started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a rather tough play, SF Banat Tm's Irinel Lechințan got a free kick in the 16th minute. In the 20th minute Eliodor Firea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emanuel Chelbea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Narcis Ghițescu charged in rather forcefully in the 23rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Narcis Ghițescu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 23rd minute of the game. One of Urluiu SC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of SF Banat Tm:s goal. The referee gave SF Banat Tm a penalty, 25 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Marius Bărboianu, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Urluiu SC's Emanuel Chelbea. 0-1. Urluiu SC's Emanuel Chelbea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eliodor Firea in the 31st minute of play. The supporters of SF Banat Tm booed when Urluiu SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aurelian Nistor didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Eliodor Firea's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Emanuel Chelbea was relentless in the 33rd minute of the game. A collision led to SF Banat Tm getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Dorel Pădure hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eliodor Firea in the 40th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Emanuel Chelbea prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Irinel Lechințan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Emanuel Chelbea tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Emanuel Chelbea came out of the goal in the 43rd minute to try and stop a shot by SF Banat Tm's Eliodor Firea. But to his dismay, Eliodor Firea quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eliodor Firea in the 48th minute of play forced Urluiu SC's goalkeeper Emanuel Chelbea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Urluiu SC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. SF Banat Tm were winning 0-2.

Adam Tufescu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emanuel Chelbea having to interfere. A hard shot 53 in the game by Eliodor Firea from a close distance when the talented Emanuel Chelbea managed to make a qualified save. Urluiu SC's players were relieved. Gigel Holban showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dorel Buzescu in the 58th minute of the match. Sebastian Năsturel's late challenge caught a Urluiu SC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sebastian Năsturel helped the player get up and apologised. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 63rd minute of the game. Urluiu SC's Emanuel Chelbea proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to save Urluiu SC from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Urluiu SC's Isac Banica got a free kick in the 80th minute. Eliodor Firea kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. SF Banat Tm made a substitution. Nichifor Urdeş replaced Adam Tufescu. After 87 played minutes SF Banat Tm got a freekick which was hit by Eliodor Firea. In the 91st minute Mihnea Coposu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gigel Holban saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Marius Bărboianu fell near the penalty area in the 92nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SF Banat Tm's protests and gave Marius Bărboianu a yellow card for diving instead. Marius Bărboianu kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. Mihnea Coposu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. SF Banat Tm's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
