Spectators: 7326 (Terracing: 5600, Seating: 1716, VIP seats: 10) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Francisc Drâmba got the match started through his kick off. In the 4th minute the ball was on its way in behind F.C CARINA-MARIA's goalkeeper Petru Mardarescu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Donato Carafa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 8th play minutes Sorin Alucusan shot 0-1, a short shot which went by Petru Mardarescu and just under the crossbar into goal. After some careless play in the F.C CARINA-MARIA defense, Sorin Alucusan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Petru Mardarescu. The F.C CARINA-MARIA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Petru Mardarescu should have stopped the shot. Horea Goga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Francisc Drâmba in the 20th minute of the match. In the 25th minute FC DELPI-CORVINUL were awarded a corner. Petru Agusoaei went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led FC DELPI-CORVINUL's Petru Agusoaei to fire away a dangerous shot which Petru Mardarescu despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After having played for 26 minutes, Francisc Drâmba managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. F.C CARINA-MARIA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Francisc Drâmba was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sorin Alucusan scored 0-4 in the 28th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Petru Mardarescu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 36th minute, Sorin Alucusan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Petru Mardarescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sorin Alucusan in the 38th minute of play. Petru Mardarescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sorin Alucusan in the 41st minute of the match. Donato Carafa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The F.C CARINA-MARIA players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. FC DELPI-CORVINUL were winning 0-4.

With an all-out effort, FC DELPI-CORVINUL's Petru Mardarescu threw himself towards the right post 51 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Donato Carafa, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. If Donato Carafa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. F.C CARINA-MARIA's defense didn't have a chance, in the 63rd minute, when Donato Carafa scored to the left of an out of position Petru Mardarescu, making the score, 0-5. In the 67th minute Sorin Alucusan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Petru Mardarescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Petru Mardarescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Donato Carafa in the 71st minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sorin Alucusan got free with Petru Mardarescu in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Donato Carafa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A hard shot 79 in the game by Sorin Alucusan from a close distance when the talented Petru Mardarescu managed to make a qualified save. F.C CARINA-MARIA's players were relieved. When Donato Carafa came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the FC DELPI-CORVINUL fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Donato Carafa couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Donato Carafa in the 82nd minute of play forced F.C CARINA-MARIA's goalkeeper Petru Mardarescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 84 minutes into the match, Donato Carafa dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Petru Mardarescu, 0-7. Petru Mardarescu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sorin Alucusan in the 93rd minute. FC DELPI-CORVINUL's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
