The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Nicu Postelnicescu was the one to do the kick off. Costel Tâbârnă showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sabin Şandru in the 56th minute of the match. With an all-out effort, Vovriesti CSM's Constantin Ibrișin threw himself towards the right post 65 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Nicu Postelnicescu, which otherwise would have been placed in the net.
