Vintilă Bărbulescu scored 1-0 in the 7th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Panait Brad, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Emilian Bobeanu in the 10thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Panait Brad, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Panait Brad made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dragoş Corlățean in the 13th minute of play. Emilian Bobeanu who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 15thth minute tested the skills of Panait Brad when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Constantin Hizo during the 16th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Constantin Hizo hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Titirigi's Panait Brad played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dragoş Corlățean in the 18th minute of play. Emilian Bobeanus short, quick shot in the 19thth minute got Panait Brad to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Emilian Bobeanu's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 26thth minute, Panait Brad skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Emilian Bobeanu scored 3-0 in the 29th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Panait Brad, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Titirigi's Mugur Dima got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Emilian Bobeanu came free with the goalkeeper in the 34th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Panait Brad could save by the left post. After 36 minutes of play, Football Club Vaslui's Dragoş Corlățean made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Panait Brad was left in no man's land by his defense there! Titirigi's Panait Brad proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to save Titirigi from getting a goal against them. In the 40th minute, Football Club Vaslui's Emilian Bobeanu dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 5-0. The supporters of Football Club Vaslui booed when Titirigi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Valeriu Hrușcă didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Dragoş Corlățean's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Panait Brad was relentless in the 47th minute of the game.

The wind increased when Mugur Dima made the kick off in the second half. Emilian Bobeanu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 54 minutes into the game, Football Club Vaslui's Dragoş Corlățean nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Panait Brad made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dragoş Corlățean in the 58th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Panait Brad prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Dragoş Corlățean took the ball and in the 61 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Panait Brad. Panait Brad dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-0. Emilian Bobeanu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Panait Brad read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 66th minute of play. Panait Brad came out of the goal in the 66th minute to try and stop a shot by Football Club Vaslui's Emilian Bobeanu. But to his dismay, Emilian Bobeanu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-0. Eugen Lovin hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Emilian Bobeanu took the ball and in the 72 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Panait Brad. Panait Brad dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 9-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Emilian Bobeanu in the 79th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Panait Brad saved Titirigi from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Titirigi's Traian Marin got a free kick in the 79th minute. In the 84th minute, Dragoş Corlățean left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Football Club Vaslui fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 10-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Emilian Bobeanu in the 92nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Panait Brad saved Titirigi from getting behind. When Vintilă Bărbulescu fell near the penalty area in the 94th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Football Club Vaslui's protests and gave Vintilă Bărbulescu a yellow card for diving instead. After 94 played minutes Football Club Vaslui got a freekick which was hit by Vintilă Bărbulescu. There was no doubt that Football Club Vaslui were the better team. Football Club Vaslui's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
