Spectators: 7200 (Terracing: 5552, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 148) Silviu Rădescu started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Iurie Penaru's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dumitru Vătăşel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 4th minute of play. Iurie Penaru scored 0-1 in the 6th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dumitru Vătăşel, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 10thth minute of the game Iurie Penaru who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but F.C ALEXANDRU's Dumitru Vătăşel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Iurie Penaru came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the Glodeni fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Iurie Penaru couldn't finish the play. 15 minutes into the match, Rareș Crașovan had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dumitru Vătăşel. F.C ALEXANDRU's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rareș Crașovan was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. After 19 minutes, Gelu Chirițescu made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. F.C ALEXANDRU's Dumitru Vătăşel tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 22nd minute Gelu Chirițescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dumitru Vătăşel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Glodeni's Gelu Chirițescu got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Dumitru Vătăşel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gelu Chirițescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. The audience was convinced that Gelu Chirițescu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dumitru Vătăşel was relentless in the 29th minute of the game. 35 minutes into the game, Glodeni's Iurie Penaru nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dumitru Vătăşel made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. In the 43rd minute Gelu Chirițescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dumitru Vătăşel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Iurie Penaru was the one to do the kick off. Dumitru Vătăşel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gelu Chirițescu in the 53rd minute of play. Gelu Chirițescu took the ball and in the 54 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dumitru Vătăşel. Dumitru Vătăşel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-6. Gelu Chirițescu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 65th match minute, Glodeni was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rareș Crașovan to maneuver through the defense. In the 66th minute of the match Mircea Păvăloae sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Petrică Tudose skillfully saved the ball. Rareș Crașovan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. F.C ALEXANDRU's Dumitru Vătăşel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ovidiu Alexe in the 82nd minute of play. Gelu Chirițescu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dumitru Vătăşel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 84th minute of play. Iurie Penaru had several of the F.C ALEXANDRU's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 85 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-9 score and a disappointed Dumitru Vătăşel as he didn't even see the shot coming. Iurie Penaru received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Dumitru Vătăşel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The F.C ALEXANDRU supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Glodeni's performance. The match ended with a win for Glodeni.
