Robert Baștină showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stelian Negulici in the 18th minute of the match. When Dacian Andriescu fell near the penalty area in the 25th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Batrinu AFC's protests and gave Dacian Andriescu a yellow card for diving instead. After 25 played minutes Batrinu AFC got a freekick which was hit by Dacian Andriescu. In the 26th minute, Marian Albulescu made a precise shot to the right of Robert Baștină. Batrinu AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. After a rather tough play, Batrinu AFC's Paul Dragușin got a free kick in the 29th minute. Romeo Chinezu kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. Batrinu AFC's Robert Baștină played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eusebiu Crâșmaru in the 42nd minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Stelian Negulici was the one to do the kick off. 54 minutes into the match, Marian Albulescu dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Robert Baștină, 0-4. Batrinu AFC's Robert Baștină played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marian Albulescu in the 57th minute of play.
