Spectators: 7487 (Terracing: 5635, Seating: 1728, VIP seats: 124) Hasdau's Traian Ciuhandu started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Gavril Mihălțan made in the 7th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Lucrețiu Pascu. After 8 played minutes Hasdau got a freekick which was hit by Traian Ciuhandu. A collision led to Hasdau getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Traian Ciuhandu hit a great ball. Ion Costandin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Ivan Măgură tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. But to his dismay, Ion Costandin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Costin Jucan during the 24th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 24th minute, Costin Jucan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 26 minutes into the match, Zavoi AS's goal looked a bit too open when Traian Ciuhandu came free, but Aurel Negru reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ion Costandin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Ion Costandin came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the Zavoi AS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ion Costandin couldn't finish the play. If Eric Iuga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ion Costandin in the 44th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ivan Măgură prevented the ball from getting in the gole. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ion Costandin was the one to do the kick off. If Traian Ciuhandu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Traian Ciuhandu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Aurel Negru made a huge save. When Albert Cozac came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the Zavoi AS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Albert Cozac couldn't finish the play. When Augustin Mustață fell near the penalty area in the 70th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. Dan Gruia took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 71st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Aurel Negru. Zavoi AS's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Teodor Turlea kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. In the 75thth minute of the game Traian Ciuhandu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Zavoi AS's Aurel Negru was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Traian Ciuhandu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aurel Negru having to interfere.
