Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Lucian Dersidan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Victor Ulici in the 8th minute. FC Zidurii's Victor Ulici got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Mihaieni getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Ciprian Hârlab hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Matei Praporgescu in the 14th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lucian Dersidan saved Mihaieni from getting behind. Mihaieni's Lucian Dersidan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Matei Praporgescu in the 16th minute of play. Victor Ulici received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Lucian Dersidan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dumitru Marchidan hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Toader Răţescu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Iustin Suşu's shot from short distance in the 37th minute. After 40 minutes, Matei Praporgescu made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Mihaieni's Lucian Dersidan tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Mihaieni's zone, Matei Praporgescu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lucian Dersidan came out of the goal and Matei Praporgescu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 46th minute Mihnea Chiriacescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Toader Răţescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mihnea Chiriacescu to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute Mihaieni were awarded a corner. Robert Mustață went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Robert Mustață got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Toader Răţescu quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Dumitru Marchidan kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Mihaieni's Robert Mustață shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 56th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Toader Răţescu but with some difficulty. When Dumitru Marchidan was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 60 minutes had been played. A collision led to FC Zidurii getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Dumitru Marchidan hit a great ball. Robert Mustață, 62 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. 64 minutes into the match, FC Zidurii's goalkeeper Toader Răţescu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mihnea Chiriacescu. After 65 played minutes FC Zidurii got a freekick which was hit by Matei Praporgescu. A collision led to FC Zidurii getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Valentin Darabonț hit a great ball. Mihnea Chiriacescus short, quick shot in the 69thth minute got Toader Răţescu to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 75 minutes into the match, Mihaieni's goal looked a bit too open when Costel Mîțu came free, but Lucian Dersidan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Victor Ulici sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mihnea Chiriacescu got free with Toader Răţescu in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Toader Răţescu made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Mihnea Chiriacescu sent off a good shot on target. After having played for 95 minutes, Horaţiu Istodor managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mihaieni's supporters crossed their fingers, but Horaţiu Istodor was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
