Phoenix Seini MM's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Robert Crăciunaș made a fantastic save in the 10th minute, when Gelu Harbuz sent off a good shot on target. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Radu Buta during the 10th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. If Petre Bărbătescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 17th minute Claudiu Chindriș shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Robert Crăciunaș saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mihai Turbatu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Radu Buta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Niculae Sichitiu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Mihai Turbatu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mihai Turbatu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Petre Bărbătescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mihai Turbatu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Niculae Sichitiu in the 23rd minute of the match. Robert Crăciunaș made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gelu Harbuz in the 30th minute. Cosmin Gherasim charged in rather forcefully in the 34th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cosmin Gherasim the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 34th match minute, Phoenix Seini MM was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cosmin Gherasim to maneuver through the defense. 39 minutes had been played when some careless play by Tacaliile AS's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Claudiu Chindriș was slow to take the kick. During this time Phoenix Seini MM's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Phoenix Seini MM's Claudiu Chindriș to fire away a dangerous shot which Robert Crăciunaș despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Mihai Turbatu came out of the goal in the 42nd minute to try and stop a shot by Tacaliile AS's Radu Buta. But to his dismay, Radu Buta quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Radu Buta was the one to do the kick off. 66 minutes into the game, Niculae Sichitiu recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Mihai Turbatu. Niculae Sichitiu showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-3. Radu Buta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Mihai Turbatu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mădălin Pandele's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Mihai Turbatu firmly grabbed it by the left post. Robert Crăciunaș took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Claudiu Chindriș, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mihai Turbatu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dan Tudose in the 82nd minute of the match. If Gelu Harbuz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 89 minutes into the match, Phoenix Seini MM's goal looked a bit too open when Radu Buta came free, but Mihai Turbatu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Gelu Harbuz fell near the penalty area in the 91st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Phoenix Seini MM's protests and gave Gelu Harbuz a yellow card for diving instead. Mihai Turbatu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Radu Buta, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. In the 95th minute the ball was on its way in behind Tacaliile AS's goalkeeper Robert Crăciunaș, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The Phoenix Seini MM fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Tacaliile AS were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
