Spectators: 6705 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1705, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Sergiu Comișel got the match started through his kick off. After 3 minutes, Vlad Barbă mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Obedeni AC and the F.C RVL players grew even worse after the yellow card. Vlad Barbă kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. After having played for 9 minutes, Emilian Vâlcu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Obedeni AC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Emilian Vâlcu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. George Niță took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emilian Vâlcu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Emilian Vâlcu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without George Niță having to interfere. During the 17th minute of the match Vlad Barbă completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Vlad Barbă a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. The supporters of F.C RVL booed when Obedeni AC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vlad Barbă didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cristinel Buciuman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Ştefan Gurgui tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cristinel Buciuman scored 0-1 in the 22nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ştefan Gurgui, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ilie Macovescu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without George Niță having to interfere. After 31 minutes, Marin Opincaru mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Obedeni AC and the F.C RVL players grew even worse after the yellow card. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The wind increased when Ilie Macovescu made the kick off in the second half. If Sergiu Comișel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cristinel Buciuman's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Ştefan Gurgui firmly grabbed it by the left post. Obedeni AC's Ilie Macovescu got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 64 minutes into the match, Ilie Macovescu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of George Niță. F.C RVL's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ilie Macovescu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. After 67 played minutes F.C RVL got a freekick which was hit by Viorel Șeitan. Ilie Macovescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. George Niță tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gavril Gorcea sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 78 played minutes F.C RVL got a freekick which was hit by Luca Mihaiu. George Niță showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ilie Macovescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. Obedeni AC were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing F.C RVL to leave the ground with a draw.
