Spectators: 6712 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1712, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Dragoş Șipoș made the kick off which started today's match. Maidan AC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. After a defensive mix-up in Maidan AC's zone, Nicodim Cismarescu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. After a rather tough play, Maidan AC's Moise Dudea got a free kick in the 20th minute. Dragoş Șipoș fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alin Enescu having to interfere. 26 minutes into the match, Maidan AC's goal looked a bit too open when Ionică Melinescu came free, but Alin Enescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, Dragoş Șipoș managed to get in a good position for a shot. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dragoş Șipoș couldn't finish the play. The MAXIMA CRAIOVA fans' excitement grew in the 47th match minute when MAXIMA CRAIOVA's Dragoş Șipoș looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ion Bouleanu made a kick off. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 62 minutes into the game, MAXIMA CRAIOVA's David Fecioru nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Alin Enescu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. Dragoş Șipoș got in the 98th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Alin Enescu handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. MAXIMA CRAIOVA's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
