Spectators: 6723 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1723, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Ciprian Siteavu got the match started through his kick off. With a little luck, Ibrianu's Valentin Lipoveanu got control of the ball when Cezar Stan tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Ciprian Siteavu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gavril Vasilian stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Irinel Drăgan's shot from short distance in the 12th minute. In the 12th match minute, Tufele was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ovidiu Florea to maneuver through the defense. Nicolae Lăcătuș scored 0-1 in the 15th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gavril Vasilian, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When David Mîțu fell near the penalty area in the 17th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ibrianu's protests and gave David Mîțu a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Tufele booed when Ibrianu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. David Mîțu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cezar Stan who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 19thth minute tested the skills of Valentin Lipoveanu when he managed to save the team from getting behind. If Irinel Drăgan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Ibrianu's Irinel Drăgan in the 24th minute got a chance for a shot 24th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Tufele's goalie prevented a goal. Valentin Lipoveanu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ciprian Siteavu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ibrianu's Irinel Drăgan got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Tufele getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Stelian Silvian hit a great ball. Gavril Vasilian took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andrei Ardelean, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Nicolae Lăcătuș had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Irinel Drăgan made a kick off. 59 minutes into the match, Tufele's goalkeeper Gavril Vasilian had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nicolae Lăcătuș. In the 66th match minute, Ibrianu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dumitru Acalinei to maneuver through the defense. Octav Panescu, 67 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Marian Ivănescu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gavril Vasilian read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 74th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Irinel Drăgan in the 77th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gavril Vasilian saved Tufele from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Irinel Drăgan in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gavril Vasilian prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Nicolae Lăcătuș blasted a shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gavril Vasilian having to make a save. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Nicolae Lăcătuș managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ibrianu's supporters rose to their feet, but Nicolae Lăcătuș was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gavril Vasilian breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 84th minute Irinel Drăgan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gavril Vasilian saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nicolae Lăcătuș blasted a shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gavril Vasilian having to make a save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Irinel Drăgan in the 89th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gavril Vasilian saved Tufele from getting behind. After 91 played minutes Ibrianu got a freekick which was hit by Andrei Ardelean. In the 93rd minute, Cezar Stan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the final whistle sounded Ibrianu left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Tufele.
