A collision led to Los Bilionarios getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Moise Gheară hit a great ball. Los Bilionarios's Arrigo Sampo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gheorghe Nae in the 6th minute of play. In the 12th match minute, Los Bilionarios was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Moise Gheară to maneuver through the defense. If Romeo Druță had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arrigo Sampo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Romeo Buteanu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 21 minutes of play, Cicirlau's Valentin Ielciu made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Arrigo Sampo was left in no man's land by his defense there! A collision led to Cicirlau getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Damian Horia hit a great ball. 28 minutes into the match, Dorel Ghioncu notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Cicirlau's Remus Banu. Remus Banu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Romeo Druță received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Remus Banu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 36th minute Romeo Druță shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Remus Banu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With his leg Remus Banu managed to avoid a goal in the 40thth minute, when Los Bilionarios's Romeo Druță fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. If Romeo Druță had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Arrigo Sampo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gheorghe Nae in the 46th minute of the match. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Dorel Ghioncu made a kick off. Petru Cretan kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. Gheorghe Nae received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Arrigo Sampo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Ionuț Puiu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Los Bilionarios's supporters rose to their feet, but Ionuț Puiu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Remus Banu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 57 minutes into the match, Los Bilionarios's Traian Ungureanu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Remus Banu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A collision led to Los Bilionarios getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Eusebiu Coman hit a great ball. After having played for 67 minutes, Romeo Druță managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Los Bilionarios's supporters crossed their fingers, but Romeo Druță was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Romeo Druță came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the Los Bilionarios fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Romeo Druță couldn't finish the play. Dorel Ghioncu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Romeo Druță fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Remus Banu having to interfere. Remus Banu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ionuț Puiu in the 78th minute of the match. The Los Bilionarios fans' excitement grew in the 83rd match minute when Los Bilionarios's Romeo Druță looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Dorel Ghioncu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee ended the match the Los Bilionarios players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
