Spectators: 1525 (Terracing: 1000, Seating: 500, VIP seats: 25) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Armin Nardi started the match with the kick off. Through an outstanding action, after 4 minutes, Paul Uncuţă successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Dany-Adams Beckers sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet as Kadnacs FC's Martin Boștină slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Paul Uncuţă. That made the score 1-0 after 9 minutes of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Costică Donici during the 12th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Kadnacs FC booed when STEAUA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Costică Donici didn't get a good kick on the ball. Niculae Ciocârlan kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. Cătălin Bleoancă hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. Kadnacs FC's Petru Macarie shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 24th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Paul Uncuţă but with some difficulty. In the 26th minute Maxim Bolborici shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paul Uncuţă saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. STEAUA's Paul Uncuţă played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Martin Boștină in the 36th minute of play. Paul Uncuţă made a fantastic save in the 38th minute, when Dany-Adams Beckers sent off a good shot on target. If Maxim Bolborici had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Dany-Adams Beckers received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Paul Uncuţă tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Maxim Bolborici kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Paul Uncuţă. That made the score 2-0 in the 41 minute of play. An unexpected shot in the 47th minute by Martin Boștină got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Martin Boștină stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dany-Adams Beckers in the 53rd minute of play forced STEAUA's goalkeeper Paul Uncuţă to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Paul Uncuţă made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maxim Bolborici in the 54th minute of play. Thanks to some nice moves Armin Nardi could shoot a difficult shot in the 57th minute, which Pavel Blajovan however easily saved by the left post. Martin Boștină scored 3-0 in the 58th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Paul Uncuţă, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Paul Uncuţă made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Martin Boștină in the 63rd minute of play. In the 67th minute, Maxim Bolborici got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 69th minute Adam Chiliman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paul Uncuţă saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. STEAUA's Paul Uncuţă played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Martin Boștină in the 72nd minute of play. If Dany-Adams Beckers had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dany-Adams Beckers might have been able to make a better finish in the 86th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Paul Uncuţă. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dany-Adams Beckers ran back to his position shaking his head. When the referee ended the match the Kadnacs FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
