Spectators: 5857 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1709, VIP seats: 148) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Gavril Duldurescu took the kick off in the first half of the match. Sabin Senin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Nechifor Perșa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 5th minute the ball was on its way in behind Pogara's goalkeeper Nechifor Perșa, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Gavril Duldurescu in the 7thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Nechifor Perșa, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Dinu Encea came out of the goal in the 9th minute to try and stop a shot by Pogara's Gelu Ciocârlan. But to his dismay, Gelu Ciocârlan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Joélson Luz hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mădălin Coșeriu in the 15th minute of play forced Dinamo's goalkeeper Dinu Encea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Adrian Iacobescu hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Pogara's zone, Gavril Duldurescu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nechifor Perșa came out of the goal and Gavril Duldurescu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Sabin Senin kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Nechifor Perșa. That made the score 1-1 in the 23 minute of play. Gavril Duldurescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mădălin Coșeriu struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Dinu Encea didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pogara. Nechifor Perșa made a fantastic save in the 33rd minute, when Iurie Barbă sent off a good shot on target. When Gavril Duldurescu came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Dinamo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gavril Duldurescu couldn't finish the play. Gavril Duldurescu's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Nechifor Perșa firmly grabbed it by the left post. Sabin Senin struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Nechifor Perșa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dinamo. After having played for 40 minutes, Mădălin Coșeriu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pogara's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mădălin Coșeriu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Constantin Teodor kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. Gavril Duldurescu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nechifor Perșa having to interfere. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mădălin Coșeriu to make the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Cristinel Zăreanu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Dinamo's supporters rose to their feet, but Cristinel Zăreanu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nechifor Perșa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Nechifor Perșa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sabin Senin in the 61st minute of play. 62 minutes into the match, Iurie Barbă had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Nechifor Perșa. Pogara's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Iurie Barbă was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Mădălin Coșeriu kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. After 71 minutes of play, Dinamo's Gavril Duldurescu made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nechifor Perșa was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 75th match minute, Pogara was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gică Banu to maneuver through the defense. Dinamo's Gavril Duldurescu got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Nechifor Perșa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sabin Senin in the 86th minute of play. If Gelu Ciocârlan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Pogara's Gelu Ciocârlan got a free kick in the 94th minute. In the 95th minute, one of Pogara:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Pogara. Nechifor Perșa had in the 97thth minute some difficulties stopping Sabin Senin's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Dinamo walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
