Clipicesti's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave TEAM NEGOMIREANU the free kick. In the 28th match minute, Clipicesti was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nicodim Tiberiu to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet as Costin Zglobiu kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Marin Zdroană. That made the score 3-0 in the 29 minute of play. With a little luck, Clipicesti's Marin Zdroană got control of the ball when Costin Zglobiu tried to sneak it across the goal line. Santo Marcos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nicodim Tiberiu in the 36th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jeffrey Newman in the 39th minute of play forced Clipicesti's goalkeeper Marin Zdroană to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gigel Berechet got his second yellow card in the match during the 40th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. The supporters of TEAM NEGOMIREANU booed when Clipicesti was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gigel Berechet didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Godofredo Arnau managed to get in a good position for a shot. TEAM NEGOMIREANU's supporters rose to their feet, but Godofredo Arnau was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marin Zdroană breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Avram Suluțiu hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in TEAM NEGOMIREANU's zone, Nicodim Tiberiu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Santo Marcos came out of the goal and Nicodim Tiberiu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Costin Zglobiu struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Marin Zdroană didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for TEAM NEGOMIREANU. In the 68thth minute of the game Edgar Caragea who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Clipicesti's Marin Zdroană was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paul Mareș in the 76th minute of play forced Clipicesti's goalkeeper Marin Zdroană to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Costin Zglobiu scored 4-1 in the 97th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Marin Zdroană, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. TEAM NEGOMIREANU had won after a very even match.
