After 22 played minutes Birlogu CS got a freekick which was hit by Dumitru Marinescu. When Petre Ştiopul fell near the penalty area in the 23rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fcsb Bihor's protests and gave Petre Ştiopul a yellow card for diving instead. After 24 played minutes Fcsb Bihor got a freekick which was hit by Petre Ştiopul.
