Seating: 1706, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Adam Păuceanu got the match started through his kick off. The Rahova fans' excitement grew in the 5th match minute when Rahova's Gabriel Donecea looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Niculae Angheluș fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcel Zdrelea having to interfere. Marcel Zdrelea had great luck who in the 11thth minute grab hold of the ball when Gabriel Donecea from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. In the 16th minute, Gabriel Donecea fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Marcel Zdrelea was a little too slow when Niculae Angheluș got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 17th minute. The score was now 2-0. Gabriel Doneceas short, quick shot in the 22ndth minute got Marcel Zdrelea to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Pavel Caramarin hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. Gabriel Donecea who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 25thth minute tested the skills of Marcel Zdrelea when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Marcel Zdrelea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gabriel Donecea in the 26th minute of play. If Niculae Angheluș had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gabriel Donecea received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Marcel Zdrelea tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marcel Zdrelea made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gabriel Donecea in the 32nd minute. After 34 minutes of play, Rahova's Vintilă Papadima made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marcel Zdrelea was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, Rahova's Mihail Cruceru got a free kick in the 39th minute. Marcel Boc showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mihnea Mușătescu in the 40th minute of the match. If Mădălin Răduțu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gabriel Donecea made a kick off. Pavel Caramarin charged in rather forcefully in the 53rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Pavel Caramarin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Pavel Caramarin hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. After 54 played minutes Cotofenescii FCM got a freekick which was hit by Irinel Trică. After 57 minutes of play, Rahova's Gabriel Donecea made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marcel Zdrelea was left in no man's land by his defense there! Roch Marut fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcel Zdrelea having to interfere. 67 minutes into the match, Cotofenescii FCM's goal looked a bit too open when Roch Marut came free, but Marcel Zdrelea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Gabriel Donecea's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marcel Zdrelea was relentless in the 71st minute of the game. Marcel Boc showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mădălin Răduțu in the 72nd minute of the match. In the 75th minute Rahova were awarded a corner. Mihail Cruceru went to the cornerflag to take it. It was a well-played corner which Gabriel Donecea managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Ferdinand Stratulat kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. Marcel Boc showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adam Păuceanu, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. In a very dangerous position, a player in Cotofenescii FCM fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 83rd minute. Penalty! Mihail Cruceru walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. The audience was convinced that Gabriel Donecea's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marcel Zdrelea was relentless in the 92nd minute of the game. The supporters of Rahova booed when Cotofenescii FCM was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Irinel Trică didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rahova's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
