Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Octav Barbu kicked off to start the match. Andrei Opriș stood somewhat misplaced when Mihai Şantău came free in front of goal and shot 1-0 to the left of him in the 3 minute. The supporters of Ambrosia booed when Sescioara was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mihai Şantău didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Mihai Şantău fell near the penalty area in the 11th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sescioara's protests and gave Mihai Şantău a yellow card for diving instead. Mihai Şantău kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Doru Arotăriței in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Maxim Saşca prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Andrei Opriș made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sergiu Furdui in the 14th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Daniel Amărculesei during the 16th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 16th minute, Daniel Amărculesei hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Ambrosia getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Corneliu Petrulean hit a great ball. Andrei Opriș acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 29th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Alexandru Boian. Răzvan Prislop recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sescioara's Maxim Saşca played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Doru Arotăriței in the 33rd minute of play. Ambrosia's Andrei Opriș played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Octav Barbu in the 39th minute of play. In the 41st minute Răzvan Prislop shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maxim Saşca saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 44 minutes into the match, Ambrosia's goal looked a bit too open when Octav Barbu came free, but Andrei Opriș reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 45 minutes, Sergiu Furdui managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sescioara's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sergiu Furdui was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Doru Arotăriței stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Sescioara's goalkeeper Maxim Saşca had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Doru Arotăriței. Andrei Opriș took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Octav Barbu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Călin Jurca took the ball and in the 62 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Maxim Saşca. Maxim Saşca dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. After 67 played minutes Sescioara got a freekick which was hit by Mihai Şantău. Sergiu Furdui kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. Sergiu Furdui hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. Maxim Saşca made an important save on a dangerous shot by Doru Arotăriței in the 72nd minute. In the 75th minute, Ambrosia's Răzvan Prislop dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-3. Octav Barbu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Răzvan Prislop sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Doru Arotăriței came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Ambrosia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Doru Arotăriței couldn't finish the play. Ambrosia played a much better game than Sescioara and deserved their victory. The Sescioara players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
