In the 11th minute, Stelian Maghiran got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Cristi Zmărăndescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ion Șerbulescu in the 14th minute of the match. Denis Macaneață kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Manuel Tomescu made a kick off. 55 minutes into the match, Peticei's goal looked a bit too open when Manuel Tomescu came free, but Cristi Zmărăndescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 58 minutes into the game, Peticei's Dadá Gaspar nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot.
