Flavius Condrea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcel Vladimirescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. Mircea Arseni in the 7thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Martin Stoleru, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 9th minute Mircea Arseni shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Martin Stoleru saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 11th minute Aurel Onciu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Flavius Condrea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to FC Alcool TBC getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Virgil Olariu hit a great ball. The supporters of Ghiris CF booed when FC Alcool TBC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Silviu Jurăscu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ghiris CF's attentive Aurel Onciu managed to snatch the ball when Leontin Stamate made a throw-in in the 18th minute of the game. FC Alcool TBC's Flavius Condrea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aurel Onciu in the 21st minute of play. Flavius Condrea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcel Vladimirescu in the 22nd minute of the match. If Virgil Olariu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Martin Stoleru showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mircea Arseni, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. 29 minutes into the match, Horaţiu Bran notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Ghiris CF's Martin Stoleru. Martin Stoleru was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpected shot in the 32nd minute by Silviu Jurăscu got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Thanks to some nice moves Silviu Jurăscu could shoot a difficult shot in the 34th minute, which Martin Stoleru however easily saved by the left post. 35 minutes into the match, FC Alcool TBC's goal looked a bit too open when Ariel Uxio came free, but Flavius Condrea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Ghiris CF's Martin Stoleru got control of the ball when Silviu Jurăscu tried to sneak it across the goal line. 42 minutes into the game, Virgil Olariu recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Martin Stoleru. Virgil Olariu showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Marcel Vladimirescu was the one to do the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, FC Alcool TBC's goal looked a bit too open when Marcel Vladimirescu came free, but Flavius Condrea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, FC Alcool TBC's Horaţiu Bran got a free kick in the 55th minute. After having played for 59 minutes, Silviu Jurăscu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Alcool TBC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Silviu Jurăscu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Martin Stoleru took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mircea Arseni, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Martin Stoleru came out of the goal in the 65th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Alcool TBC's Horaţiu Bran. But to his dismay, Horaţiu Bran quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Martin Stoleru showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mircea Arseni, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. Virgil Olariu got his second yellow card in the match during the 71st minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 74th minute, Silviu Jurăscu made a precise shot to the right of Martin Stoleru. Ghiris CF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. In the 81st minute of the match Dumitru Nedelea sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Martin Stoleru skillfully saved the ball. Mircea Arseni received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Martin Stoleru tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The FC Alcool TBC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Ghiris CF had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
