Sandu Trişcu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Teodor Târcă fell near the penalty area in the 6th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored HaYhuY's protests and gave Teodor Târcă a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to HaYhuY getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Teodor Târcă hit a great ball. Eric Nicea took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from David Herescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eric Nicea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from David Herescu in the 9th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sandu Trişcu got free with Eric Nicea in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Leonard Albu scored 2-0 in the 32nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Eric Nicea, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Sandu Trişcus short, quick shot in the 38thth minute got Eric Nicea to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Sandu Trişcu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Constantin Necula during the 45th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 45th match minute, HaYhuY was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Constantin Necula to maneuver through the defense. David Herescu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eric Nicea having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Francisc Filipașcu to make the kick off. Eric Nicea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sandu Trişcu in the 52nd minute of play. In the 53rd minute the ball was on its way in behind HaYhuY's goalkeeper Eric Nicea, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Sandu Trişcu took the ball and in the 67 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eric Nicea. Eric Nicea dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. 71 minutes into the match, DRK's goal looked a bit too open when Francisc Filipașcu came free, but Manole Balint reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of HaYhuY booed when DRK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dorin Mangra didn't get a good kick on the ball. 81 minutes into the game, Dorin Mangra was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. DRK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave HaYhuY the free kick. After 81 played minutes DRK got a freekick which was hit by Dorin Mangra. Sandu Trişcu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Eric Nicea tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dorin Mangra sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Manole Balint showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Francisc Filipașcu, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. Eric Nicea came out of the goal in the 94th minute to try and stop a shot by DRK's David Herescu. But to his dismay, David Herescu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. DRK walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
