Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ciprian Chibulcutean started the match with the kick off. Cristi Şania scored 0-1 in the 5th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Toader Răducu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Radu Nae received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Doru Hogaș tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Radu Tobă in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Doru Hogaș saved Izvorasu AC from getting behind. Ciprian Chibulcutean sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Radu Nae received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Doru Hogaș tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Radu Nae had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Matei Verzea sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Cufoaia getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Toader Moisescu hit a great ball. After 33 played minutes Izvorasu AC got a freekick which was hit by Damian Buzoianu. Cufoaia's Toader Moisescu couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 34th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Izvorasu AC. Radu Nae could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Doru Hogaș made a huge save. After having played for 44 minutes, Radu Tobă managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cufoaia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Radu Tobă was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Izvorasu AC's zone, Radu Tobă stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Doru Hogaș came out of the goal and Radu Tobă tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Radu Tobă made the kick off in the second half. Toader Răducu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ciprian Chibulcutean, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Corneliu Zbora during the 59th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 60th minute, Corneliu Zbora hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Radu Tobă struck a weak shot in the 63rd minute. Doru Hogaș didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cufoaia. Doru Hogaș showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Radu Nae in the 74th minute of the match. After 74 played minutes Izvorasu AC got a freekick which was hit by Cristian Săndoi. Radu Nae recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Ciprian Chibulcutean had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cristi Şania could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Toader Răducu made a huge save. If Radu Tobă had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Radu Nae fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Doru Hogaș having to interfere. In the 90thth minute of the game Radu Tobă who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Izvorasu AC's Doru Hogaș was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Radu Tobă received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Doru Hogaș tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Radu Nae had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Radu Tobă recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 97th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cufoaia were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Izvorasu AC to leave the ground with a draw.
