Horea Harhoiu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Iacob Levința tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ionuț Mihălțan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Dan Vaida made a huge save. Dan Vaida made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Ionuț Mihălțan sent off a good shot on target. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, David Oprea managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sindrila's supporters rose to their feet, but David Oprea was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Iacob Levința breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Iacob Levința came out of the goal in the 35th minute to try and stop a shot by Sindrila's Horea Harhoiu. But to his dismay, Horea Harhoiu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. When Ionuț Mihălțan came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Iclanzeiu fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ionuț Mihălțan couldn't finish the play. Ionuț Mihălțan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 46th minute Daniel Târban shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dan Vaida saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After the first half Sindrila were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Daniel Târban sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Petru Stanomir took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 57th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Dan Vaida. Sindrila's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Daniel Târban sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sindrila's Dan Vaida played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Târban in the 63rd minute of play. David Oprea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iacob Levința having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Horea Harhoiu in the 73rd minute of play forced Iclanzeiu's goalkeeper Iacob Levința to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Sindrila getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Pavel Teaşcă hit a great ball. 77 minutes into the match, Iclanzeiu's Daniel Târban sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dan Vaida narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 80 minutes into the match, Sindrila's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Târban came free, but Dan Vaida reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 86 minutes into the game, Iclanzeiu's Tiberiu Braia nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dan Vaida made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ivan Macavei in the 91st minute of play forced Iclanzeiu's goalkeeper Iacob Levința to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 92 minutes into the match, Sindrila's David Oprea sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Iacob Levința narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Iacob Levința was a little too slow when Horea Harhoiu got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 93rd minute. The score was now 1-2. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Sindrila had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
