Spectators: 7533 (Terracing: 5651, Seating: 1732, VIP seats: 150) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Gică Tufescu got the match started through his kick off. 3 minutes into the game, Cristinel Jitaru was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. REAL18 GALATI's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Oaia Becaliana the free kick. In the 3rd match minute, REAL18 GALATI was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristinel Jitaru to maneuver through the defense. Ovidiu Feteanu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Ion Constantinescu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Martin Abrudan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ion Constantinescu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 9th minute of play. In the 12th minute, Gică Tufescu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ion Constantinescu was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Ovidiu Feteanu scored 0-2 in the 17th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ion Constantinescu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Gică Tufescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Ion Constantinescu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 22nd minute, Horea Cârnațiu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Costică Dancu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Horea Cârnațiu in the 24th minute of play. 25 minutes into the match, FC Oaia Becaliana's goal looked a bit too open when Horea Cârnațiu came free, but Costică Dancu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 32nd minute, Ovidiu Feteanu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Oaia Becaliana fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Martin Abrudan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ion Constantinescu having to interfere. FC Oaia Becaliana's Gabriel Aldulea got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Costică Dancu made a fantastic save in the 43rd minute, when Leonard Sitaru sent off a good shot on target. 44 minutes into the match, REAL18 GALATI's goal looked a bit too open when Martin Abrudan came free, but Ion Constantinescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 48 minutes into the match, Gabriel Aldulea notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of REAL18 GALATI's Ion Constantinescu. Ion Constantinescu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Horea Cârnațiu to strike the kick off in the second half. Gabriel Aldulea received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Ion Constantinescu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to FC Oaia Becaliana getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Ioan Spiridon hit a great ball. After having played for 65 minutes, Gică Tufescu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Oaia Becaliana's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gică Tufescu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gică Tufescus short, quick shot in the 66thth minute got Ion Constantinescu to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Thanks to some nice moves Gică Tufescu could shoot a difficult shot in the 71st minute, which Ion Constantinescu however easily saved by the left post. Martin Abrudan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ion Constantinescu having to interfere. Gabriel Odobescu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ion Constantinescu having to interfere. Ion Constantinescu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Martin Abrudan in the 78th minute. Gică Tufescu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Ion Constantinescu made a huge save. After 86 minutes REAL18 GALATI's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Francisc Ene who took care of the corner kick. Francisc Ene made a great header on FC Oaia Becaliana's corner, it was just that REAL18 GALATI's Ion Constantinescu managed to reach the ball for a save. After a defensive mix-up in REAL18 GALATI's zone, Ovidiu Feteanu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ion Constantinescu came out of the goal and Ovidiu Feteanu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ion Constantinescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gabriel Aldulea, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. Ion Constantinescu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Martin Abrudan's shot from short distance in the 94th minute. In the 95th match minute, REAL18 GALATI was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Laurențiu Bălcescu to maneuver through the defense. 96 minutes into the match, REAL18 GALATI's goalkeeper Ion Constantinescu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Francisc Ene. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gică Macrea during the 97th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of FC Oaia Becaliana booed when REAL18 GALATI was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 97 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gică Macrea didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the final whistle sounded FC Oaia Becaliana left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than REAL18 GALATI.
