Spectators: 6726 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 0) Dumitru Sântimbrean recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ovidiu Tătăruşanu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabian Stârcea having to interfere. Ovidiu Tătăruşanu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Corbuletu SC getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Dorel Crețu hit a great ball. In the 20th minute Mircea Rainea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tudor Cozorici saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 22nd minute, Corneliu Stoicea hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Poroina getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Basarab Damian hit a great ball. Tudor Cozorici showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dumitru Sântimbrean, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Corbuletu SC's Fabian Albulescu slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Fabian Stârcea. That made the score 1-0 after 37 minutes of play. Dumitru Sântimbrean sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 42nd minute, Dorel Crețu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ovidiu Tătăruşanu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Fabian Stârcea tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 48th match minute, Poroina was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sever Barbonța to maneuver through the defense. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

In the 54th minute of the match Dorel Crețu shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Fabian Stârcea showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Corneliu Stoicea during the 57th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Corneliu Stoicea kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. Fabian Albulescu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabian Stârcea having to interfere. Fabian Albulescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 64 minutes, Ovidiu Tătăruşanu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Corbuletu SC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ovidiu Tătăruşanu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Ovidiu Tătăruşanu came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the Corbuletu SC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ovidiu Tătăruşanu couldn't finish the play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ovidiu Tătăruşanu in the 74th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fabian Stârcea prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 77 minutes into the match, Poroina's goal looked a bit too open when Fabian Albulescu came free, but Fabian Stârcea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 78 minutes of play Poroina's Corneliu Stoicea was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After 79 played minutes Poroina got a freekick which was hit by Corneliu Stoicea. Ovidiu Tătăruşanu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabian Stârcea having to interfere. When Gavril Balint fell near the penalty area in the 84th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Poroina's protests and gave Gavril Balint a yellow card for diving instead. In the 84th minute, Gavril Balint hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 96 played minutes Poroina got a freekick which was hit by Mircea Rainea. Corbuletu SC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Dorel Crețu in the 99th minute. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Corbuletu SC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Poroina had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
