Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Laurențiu Pivniceru made the kick off which started today's match. In the 2nd match minute, Cirligi CF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ovidiu Buzincu to maneuver through the defense. 5 minutes into the match, Stignita AC's goal looked a bit too open when Petrică Ungheanu came free, but Sebastian Micu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 8th minute, Doru Zaharia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Iulian Corbeanu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 11th minute of the match, but Sebastian Micu made a huge save. Sebastian Micu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ovidiu Buzincu in the 14th minute of play. After 15 minutes Stignita AC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Stelian Rânceanu who took care of the corner kick. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Stignita AC's goalie and right to Nicu Mitu. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Stignita AC's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Sebastian Micu was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Petrică Ungheanu showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 18 minute of play. Stignita AC's Sebastian Micu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save Stignita AC from getting a goal against them. 24 minutes into the match, Stignita AC's goal looked a bit too open when Petrică Ungheanu came free, but Sebastian Micu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 25 minutes into the match, Cirligi CF's goal looked a bit too open when Laurențiu Pivniceru came free, but Horea Dumitru reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Aurelian Ortacu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Stignita AC's supporters rose to their feet, but Aurelian Ortacu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Horea Dumitru breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Iulian Corbeanu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Sebastian Micu made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Cirligi CF's Ovidiu Buzincu got a free kick in the 31st minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Laurențiu Pivniceru in the 33rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Horea Dumitru prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 34 minutes into the match, Cirligi CF's goal looked a bit too open when Laurențiu Pivniceru came free, but Horea Dumitru reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Laurențiu Pivniceru in the 36th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Horea Dumitru prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 42 minutes into the match, Stignita AC's goal looked a bit too open when Petrică Ungheanu came free, but Sebastian Micu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Petrică Ungheanu to make the kick off. Stignita AC's Sebastian Micu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iulian Corbeanu in the 51st minute of play. With his leg Horea Dumitru managed to avoid a goal in the 52ndth minute, when Stignita AC's Laurențiu Pivniceru fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 53 minutes into the game, Ovidiu Buzincu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cirligi CF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Stignita AC the free kick. Ovidiu Buzincu kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. The long shot by Doru Zaharia in the 60th minute really tested Horea Dumitru's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Laurențiu Pivniceru hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Sebastian Micu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Iulian Corbeanu's shot from short distance in the 63rd minute. 69 minutes into the match, Stignita AC's goal looked a bit too open when Petrică Ungheanu came free, but Sebastian Micu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 73 minutes of play, Cirligi CF's Victor Pârlog made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sebastian Micu was left in no man's land by his defense there! Iulian Corbeanu scored 3-0 in the 77th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sebastian Micu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Laurențiu Pivniceru fell near the penalty area in the 83rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Stignita AC's protests and gave Laurențiu Pivniceru a yellow card for diving instead. 90 minutes into the game, Cirligi CF's Iulian Corbeanu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sebastian Micu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. Laurențiu Pivniceru succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 4-1 in the 94th playminute. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Cirligi CF fans cheered their team off the field, for while Stignita AC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
