Spectators: 6723 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1723, VIP seats: 0) Viorel Stănoiu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Cristinel Zgabei tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Valentin Bărnuțiu charged in rather forcefully in the 9th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Valentin Bărnuțiu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a defensive mix-up in Glimbocelu's zone, Viorel Stănoiu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cristinel Zgabei came out of the goal and Viorel Stănoiu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Nicolae Vasiliu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cristinel Zgabei read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 15th minute of play. Cristinel Zgabei made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nicolae Vasiliu in the 16th minute of play. Nicolae Vasiliu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Petelei AFC's Valer Răduț played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felix Lăzărescu in the 22nd minute of play. In the 36th minute the ball was on its way in behind Glimbocelu's goalkeeper Cristinel Zgabei, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Viorel Stănoiu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Glimbocelu's goal looked a bit too open when Nicolae Vasiliu came free, but Cristinel Zgabei reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 53rd minute, Viorel Stănoiu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Cristinel Zgabei took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Viorel Stănoiu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Valentin Bărnuțiu hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Cristinel Zgabei didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Petelei AFC's Nicolae Vasiliu shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-1 in the ordered_time% minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nicolae Vasiliu got free with Cristinel Zgabei in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Nicolae Vasiliu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Valer Răduț showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Felix Lăzărescu in the 72nd minute of the match. If Nicolae Vasiliu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 79 minutes, Fabian Cioroianu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Glimbocelu and the Petelei AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Glimbocelu's Fabian Cioroianu got a free kick in the 79th minute. After having played for 81 minutes, Viorel Stănoiu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Petelei AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Viorel Stănoiu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alexandru Lupoi during the 82nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 84 minutes into the match, Viorel Stănoiu dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Cristinel Zgabei, 0-2. Viorel Stănoiu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristinel Zgabei having to interfere. Nicolae Vasiliu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 96th minute, but Cristinel Zgabei got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving Glimbocelu hanging dry this time. When the final whistle sounded Petelei AFC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Glimbocelu.
