Spectators: 7516 (Terracing: 5638, Seating: 1728, VIP seats: 150) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Fabian Lelescu started the match with the kick off. The supporters of FC Cojasca Ceptura booed when Parauseni SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nichifor Bărbat didn't get a good kick on the ball. Codrin Iureș sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Corneliu Apăvăloaie made a fantastic save in the 12th minute, when Codrin Iureș sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to FC Cojasca Ceptura getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Emilian Oltean hit a great ball. Codrin Iureș received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Corneliu Apăvăloaie tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mihăiţă Boboc in the 21st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Leontin Mircescu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. FC Cojasca Ceptura's Fabian Lelescu managed to work through Parauseni SC's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Fabian Lelescu dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. Codrin Iureș fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Corneliu Apăvăloaie having to interfere. 33 minutes into the match, FC Cojasca Ceptura's goalkeeper Corneliu Apăvăloaie had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Codrin Iureș. Parauseni SC's Codrin Iureș got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Fabian Lelescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mihăiţă Boboc recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The audience was convinced that Codrin Iureș's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Corneliu Apăvăloaie was relentless in the 52nd minute of the game. Corneliu Apăvăloaie showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paul Stoleru in the 56th minute of the match. Parauseni SC's Leontin Mircescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fabian Lelescu in the 62nd minute of play. After 65 played minutes Fabian Lelescu rounded Parauseni SC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-1. Emilian Oltean hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. Mihăiţă Boboc received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Leontin Mircescu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 72nd minute, Parauseni SC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Fabian Lelescu fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 79th minute the ball was on its way in behind Parauseni SC's goalkeeper Leontin Mircescu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Leontin Mircescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emilian Oltean in the 83rd minute of the match. Leontin Mircescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fabian Lelescu in the 87th minute of play. Fabian Lelescu might have been able to make a better finish in the 90th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Leontin Mircescu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fabian Lelescu ran back to his position shaking his head. After a rather tough play, FC Cojasca Ceptura's Sergiu Guriță got a free kick in the 94th minute. FC Cojasca Ceptura's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
