After 7 played minutes Trajan CSS got a freekick which was hit by Valeriu Lăcătuș. In the 15th minute, Codrin Dorlea made a precise shot to the right of Leontin Mircescu. Parauseni SC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. If Ioan Ursu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Codrin Iureș fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iustin Stănculescu having to interfere. 28 minutes into the game, Trajan CSS's Ioan Ursu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ovidiu Cangeopol's late challenge caught a Parauseni SC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ovidiu Cangeopol helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Trajan CSS getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Ovidiu Cangeopol hit a great ball. In the 43rd minute Ioan Ursu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leontin Mircescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 44 minutes into the match, Parauseni SC's goal looked a bit too open when Codrin Dorlea came free, but Leontin Mircescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ioan Ursu in the 47th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Leontin Mircescu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Paul Stoleru made a kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Martin Perișoară during the 51st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Trajan CSS booed when Parauseni SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Martin Perișoară didn't get a good kick on the ball. 55 minutes into the match, Parauseni SC's goal looked a bit too open when Ioan Ursu came free, but Leontin Mircescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leontin Mircescu was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Costin Cangeopol showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-4 in the 56 minute of play. Leontin Mircescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ioan Ursu, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Leontin Mircescu made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when Codrin Dorlea sent off a good shot on target. Codrin Dorlea could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but Leontin Mircescu made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ioan Ursu in the 76th minute of play forced Parauseni SC's goalkeeper Leontin Mircescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Leontin Mircescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ioan Ursu in the 78th minute of the match.
