After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Aurel Panait managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ernest Drâmbă was out of position in the 45 minute of play, and Ioan Ursu capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ioan Ursu really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

If Codrin Dorlea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 56th minute, Codrin Dorlea got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 58th minute, Codrin Dorlea made a precise shot to the right of Ernest Drâmbă. Funduri's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. After a rather tough play, Trajan CSS's Ovidiu Cangeopol got a free kick in the 61st minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Codrin Dorlea in the 67th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ernest Drâmbă saved Funduri from getting behind. Ernest Drâmbă came out of the goal in the 80th minute to try and stop a shot by Trajan CSS's Ioan Ursu. But to his dismay, Ioan Ursu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. After 84 minutes of play, Funduri's Dinu Encuțescu made it 5-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Iustin Stănculescu was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, Trajan CSS's Ioan Ursu got a free kick in the 89th minute. Dinu Encuțescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Iustin Stănculescu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
